All sales and support is conducted through our website, and via electronic mail. No phone support is available.

Why is phone support not available?

Considering the price point of the software, it is not economically feasible to provide live phone support. Ask yourself these questions:

1.   If I have to call technical support to figure out how to use the software, is the software well-designed or thought out?
2.   Can a person on the technical support line really fix a programming bug over the phone? If the software is unstable, should I even consider buying it?

For our software offerings please consider the following factors:

1.   You can try the software for 30-days free before purchasing it
2.   Our software is a mature and stable that has been put through the paces over several years
3.   We provide extensive support through our website and responsive email support. Please see relevant product page for FAQs

Lost Registration Code / Lost Software CD Policy

If you have misplaced your software CD, you may download the software installation from this site. Once you install the software, you may enter the registration code using Help, Enter Registration Code... menu of the software to turn your trial installation to a licensed installation.

When you purchased the software, the registration code was emailed to you at the email address provided at the time of purchase. Search your saved emails for the registration code or contact the person who purchased the software on your behalf. If you are unable to find the registration code, email us all of the following:

1. Your email address at the time of purchase. This is the email address you provided when you purchased the software
2. Name of the person or company in whose name the software is licensed
3. Name of the software licensed

Without this information, we are unable to positively verify your purchase of the software license and are unable to send you a replacement registration code. You may purchase a new license for the software at this site.

Return Policy

Try it before you buy it! All Microguru software products are available for a free trial for a minimum of 30-days. Before you purchase a software license, please try out the software thoroughly to ensure that it meets your needs. All software licenses are sold "AS IS". Once you purchase the software license, there are no returns or refunds.

Privacy Policy

Microguru Corporation takes your privacy very seriously. All data collected is used for internal purposes only, and is never sold to or shared with anyone. We do not retain any credit card numbers used for purchases. We may only send you critical updates about our products via email.
